Judge Donofrio was sworn into office in 2018 by his father and brother, one retired from the 7th Ohio District Court of Appeals and one currently serving on that court. The judge is a Youngstown native and a graduate of Ursuline High School. He has worked as a blood bank technician, working full time and going to law school at night.
